United States of America - Your orders are generally processed Monday-Friday, 8AM - 3PM PST.  Orders will ship in 1-3 business days...same day if we are able (pending payment authorization and verifications).  $6 flat rate shipping charge on purchases $40 and under.  $11 flat rate shipping charge on purchases of $41-$89.  FREE shipping on purchases of $90 and up.

USPS - Flat rate shipments typically have a 1-3 day transit time, Alaska and Hawaii typically 4-5 days.  All orders are currently shipped USPS.

UPS - Carrier based shipping rates coming soon.

Canada - $29 Flat rate on all purchases.  We like hockey too.

International - We are currently shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Poland and the UK. International shipping rates will be applied at check-out.

Returns:

USA - Returns on unused and unworn merchandise accepted within 30 days of purchase.  Free return shipping.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear.

Canada - Customer responsible for return shipping, sorry!  Please allow 1-3 billing cycles for your credit to appear.

Europe - Customer responsible for return shipping, sorry!  Please allow 1-3 billing cycles for your credit to appear.

Sales Tax and Duties:

USA - Sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped within the state of CA. The current rate is 8.5%. Orders shipped to US states outside of CA are not charged sales tax.

Canada - Customer is responsible for all appropriate taxes and duties.

Europe - Country tax rate will apply.

Methods of Payment - Nøthing Major accepts all major credit cards, in addition to Paypal. Payments must come from a 

confirmed shipping address.

Use of Personal Information - The information collected from you is mostly used to process and ship your order. We may occasionally stay in touch with news and product info. If you don't want this, please click "remove me from your email list" located at the bottom of email you received from us. We will not share or sell your information to third parties. We do not store credit card information.
