Grant Singer

We've got a file on the Los Angeles filmmaker and photographer Grant Singer.

Dossier By Matt Putrino, August 5, 2013

For a long time, the top-rated YouTube comment on Grant Singer's "Everything Is Embarrassing" video for Sky Ferreira read "I feel like if you paused and looked at every frame of this video just about all of them would make a good photo." The filmmaker might be happy to hear such a compliment especially one originating in the not-so-fair world of anonymous comment sections. Singer, a former student of avant-garde music, has also shot photos of Kendrick Lamar and made videos for Melody's Echo Chamber, The Soft Moon, and DIIV, amongst others. This week, he's answering the Nothing Major Dossier questionnaire.
